Small Black Celebrated 10 Years of ‘Limits of Desire’ at the Parish in Austin

Small Black returned to Austin and celebrated 10 years of their sophomore album Limits of Desire with support from NITE and Claire George.

The crowd at The Parish danced the night away on February 14 in Austin, TX. Small Black celebrated the ten year anniversary of Limits of Desire. The Brooklyn-based four-piece played their third full-length album front to back and then ended the show with an encore of crowd favorites like “Despicable Dogs” and “Boys Life.” 

Texas’s own, Nite set the stage for Small Black with their high energy performance. The twin-brother duo performed an array of alternative tracks from their latest album Be Destroyed, such as “I Just Want to Be Destroyed,” “Life Can Be So Faceless” and “Good Boy.”

Claire George opened the show and got the crowd moving at The Parish with her synth-pop songs. The singer performed upbeat played tracks like “Where Do You Go,” “Pink Elephants” and “You Don’t Feel The Same.”
