UK-based band Wet Leg will return to Austin City Limits in support of their latest album moisturizer.

Wet Leg consists of best friends Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers, who hit the indie scene with deadpan wit and killer guitar riffs. After their whirlwind ride that included a Grammy win, the two expanded into a full-fledged five-piece band. This further proved that they are more than just a viral band.

The female-fronted band are fresh from releasing their much anticipated second record, moisturizer, release out July 11, 2025. Produced by Dan Carey, the record makes a turn into a more chaotic sound. Lead single “catch these fists” offers an example of their dance-punk rage, something they are best known for. moisturizer draws on horror films and the delight + danger of love. Their punchy and progressively more weird follow-up positions them as one of the most inventive indie-rock bands in modern time.

The 2025 tour, fittingly called “the moisturizer tour,” means Wet Leg have been booked and busy. They’ve performed at numerous festivals across the U.S and Europe. They’ve previously opened for Foo Fighters and Florence + the Machine, and it’s exciting to see they are making their way back in the headlining space. The band has also played festivals like South by Southwest and Glastonbury, where they always show their unique sense of mischievous energy.

Wet Leg is one of the must-see acts at ACL 2025. Not only will you be able to jam to their new songs, you’ll be able to catch their viral hits live, including “Chaise Longue” and “Wet Dream”. In addition to their expert blend of wry humor and catchy songs, Wet Leg will be a highlight of your festival weekend.

Austin City Limits 2025 will be happening on 10/3-10/5 and 10/10-10/12. Check out the full lineup and get your ACL tickets here: https://www.aclfestival.com/
