Sips & Sounds Music Festival makes its return to Austin’s Auditorium Shores this March, and the lineup features Christina Aguilera, Calvin Harris, Major Lazer / Soundsystem, Foster The People, and more.
Sips & Sounds Music Festival returns to Austin for its 3rd year running. The two-day festival takes place March 13-14, making it one of the earliest festivals of the season. It once again will play at Auditorium Shores, Austin’s scenic downtown park along Lady Bird Lake with panoramic views of the city’s ever-increasing skyline.
This year’s lineup focuses on pop and electronic acts. Christina Aguilera makes her Austin debut, including her first show in Texas since 2007. Austinites will finally get to experience the pop star’s iconic hits like “Genie in a Bottle.”
Major Lazer and Calvin Harris are both huge electronic acts, with Major Lazer comprised of producer Diplo and DJs Walshy Fire, Ape Drums and vocalist America Foster. Both acts have several mega-hits with billions of streams per song, like “Lean On,” “Summer,” and more.
Moving into the rock genre, Foster the People, Grouplove, Flipturn, and Steven Sanchez span the rock spectrum. These are all beloved musicians with even more hits like “Pumped Up Kicks,” “Tongue Tied,” and “Until I Found You,” to contribute to the lineup.
Rounding out the festival are acts like BETWEEN FRIENDS and Mallrat. Both are electronic pop artists, with Australian singer Mallrat blending electronica and indie pop while BETWEEN FRIENDS focuses on hyperpop. BETWEEN FRIENDS is a brother-sister duo composed of Brandon and Savannah Hudson, who went viral with their 2019 hit “affection.” Coming off their sold-out 2025 “WOW!” tour, the duo should put on an amazing show at Sips & Sounds.
Sips & Sounds Music Festival will take place on March 7th and 8th at Auditorium Shores in Austin, Texas. 2-Day Passes and single day tickets on sale NOW, get yours here.
