SILO Dallas to Celebrate New Year’s Eve Week with EDM Acts

SILO Dallas will be hosting numerous EDM shows to ring in the new year, including grammy-award winning artist Diplo.

The party keeps going all week at SILO Dallas, with performances from four internationally acclaimed artists. SILO, named ‘Best New Nightlife Venue’ by Texas Time Out’s 2024 Awards. New Year’s week lineup includes:

• Charlotte de Witte (12/27): The techno titan will deliver her high-energy performance.
• John Digweed (12/28): A journey into the heart of progressive house.
• Diplo (12/30): Genre-defying and endlessly dynamic, Diplo takes over the decks.
• Dombresky (12/31): Ring in the New Year with infectious house grooves.

Since opening in September, SILO has hosted sold-out shows from EDM acts like Tiesto, RL Grime, Fisher, Kaskade and Illenium. With a 3000+ capacity, SILO features cutting-edge sound with over 100,000 watts of D&B sound and acoustical innovations, a 40-foot stage, and a 2mm video wall.

One of the most anticipated acts to take the decks at SILO Dallas is legendary EDM artist Diplo. This Thirteen-time Grammy nominee and three-time winner has collaborated with the world’s biggest stars and toured the world over throughout his 20-year career that began with his now-legendary Philly club night Hollertronix. Born in Mississippi and raised in Florida, Diplo and his iconic labels Mad Decent and Higher Ground have remained at the forefront of the freshest and most exciting music, championing genres and artists from around the globe.

A founding member of Major Lazer, one third of LSD with Sia and Labrinth and half of Jack Ü with Skrillex and Silk City with Mark Ronson, Diplo’s latest releases include a slew of well-received house tracks via Higher Ground, Diplo Presents Thomas Wesley: Chapter 2—Swamp Savant, his second album as country persona Thomas Wesley that was followed by an official remix mixtape, and 2022’s Diplo, his first full length album of electronic music in 18 years. Beyond music, further ventures include a publishing company and various book, film and TV projects.
