BENEE Lights Up Dallas with Particles of Magic

Indie-pop sensation from New Zealand BENEE brought the dreamy chaos to life at the Echo Lounge and Music Hall in Dallas with support from BAYLI.

On March 26, 2026, BENEE delivered an incredible show at the Echo Lounge and Music Hall in Dallas, TX. The New Zealand alternative pop artist rose to fame with the viral hit “Supalonely” with Gus Dapperton in 2020. Supporting her latest album, Ur an Angel I’m Just Particles, the Particles Tour delivers a cathartic deep dive and journey into the bright yet somber landscape of BENEE’s discography.

Based in Brooklyn, opener BAYLI brought a fresh electric feel to begin the night in Dallas. Styled in a sequined body-con dress, BAYLI’s presence was confident and alluring. Her setlist included several tracks from her album NO RE-ENTRY as well as a cover of Frank Ocean’s “Super Rich Kids.” During “passenger princess,” BAYLI even crowned a member of the crowd with a tiara. Her performance ended with a triumphant rendition of her debut single, “sushi for breakfast.”

BENEE entered the stage fitted in fur boots and a bedazzled top, with barrettes framing her face. From the first note, she led the Dallas crowd through the sonic landscape of her discography. While accompanied by a guitarist, drummer, and audio mixer, BENEE filled the stage with undeniable charm and wit. Her playful interactions with the audience were the highlight of the night. Her cheerful energy, paired with soulful and energetic singing were alluring. BENEE effortlessly switched between moods throughout her set, whisking away the audience with her at every beat.

A fan project during BENEE’s sentimental rendition of “Heaven” included a display of pink and blue paper hearts placed over flashlights, creating a wash of soft light across the venue. Her set also included a somber performance of “Afterthought” by Joji, which she features on. Finally, with vibrant hits “Off The Rails” and “Green Honda” she sent the crowd of into the night with pulsating energy.
