Houston Embraces a Haunting Night at Dark Ceremony Festival 2025

Spotlighting a rich lineup of bands across post-punk, goth, and darkwave, Dark Ceremony celebrated its second annual festival at White Oak Music Hall on June 15th.

Brownsville, Texas’s own darkwave duo Twin Tribes headlined the festival, setting the tone for a night full of spooky, dark, and macabre vibes. Vendors across the scene offered eerie items such as Ouija boards, custom art, and metal tees, adding to the immersive atmosphere.

Acts from England like Gene Loves Jezebel and goth rockers London After Midnight delivered unforgettable performances. Established synth-pop bands such as Drab Majesty brought their mystical energy to the crowd, getting fans to dance the night away.

Rising acts like Night Ritualz, RIKI, and Dancing Plague performed in the upstairs room, creating an intimate setting where fans could truly let loose. Dark Ceremony is proving to be a must-see event for anyone who wants to celebrate the macabre and embrace their goth spirit.
