Kesha Goes T*ts Out at The Woodlands Pavilion

It’s KESHA summer – Iconic pop singer Kesha brought the Tits Out World Tour to the Woodlands Pavilion in celebration of her first independent album titled . (period).

Pop songstress Kesha already had an impressive career when she came to mainstream prominence in the late 2000s, as she was featured on Flo Rida’s “Right Round,” albeit uncredited. She exploded to stardom with “TiK ToK” in 2009, becoming a wildly popular dance-pop artist. Her party-girl persona was on full swing with the release of albums Animal and Warrior.

Kesha’s career took a significant transition with a well-publicized legal battle for most of the past decade, but was able to gain artistic freedom and independence in the end. Her return, especially with her own label titled KESHA RECORDS, is one of the most significant artistic reclamations that we have seen in recent years.

On July 10th, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands welcomed Kesha for her “TITS OUT WORLD TOUR”. The show was special, as the singer heralded a new chapter and album release on her own label. She opened the show with her viral hit “TiK ToK” – you could feel the excitement in the audience before she even started the song.

The show effortlessly moved through a ton of fan favorites like “Warrior,” “Crazy Kids,” and “Sleazy,” all of which had the audience singing along. A powerful moment was listening to the pop singer perform “Happy,” where she opened with thanking her fans by saying “Thank you for making me happy”. When the song concluded, the audience chanted her name, showing Houston’s love for the singer.

Kesha also showcased songs from her new album, adding new life to the setlist. Before “JOYRIDE.”, she engaged the audience with a provocative query, “are my animals horny tonight?” The singer then performed the track with a sensual performance and sexed-up energy. Later, before “YIPPEE-KI-YAY. / Timber,” she teased, “Do you want to hear me sing a song about getting drunk with T-Pain?” which elicited a roar from the crowd. The singer introduced the new song “RED FLAG.” by confidently stating, “I can tell a banger when I hear one. This is a fucking banger,” which was validated by the audience.

The main set concluded with “Die Young,” which Kesha referred to as her “pretend last song”. She urged the crowd to “go crazy” and they certainly did. For the encore, she re-emerged in a stunning bodysuit stitched with “KESHA RECORDS,” proudly displaying her new independent venture. The encore began with “CATHEDRAL.” and seamlessly transitioned into the very emotional “Praying.”

After this powerful performance, Kesha mentioned her team told her as she was changing backstage that this was the loudest crowd of the tour thus far. “This is the loudest show of my biggest tour,” she stated, earning enormous applause. As she performed her last song of the night “We R Who We R”. She briefly gave a shout out to her band and also told the audience to “make some noise for [her]”. The singer walked off the stage as she flashed the crowd (it is the TITS OUT TOUR after all) – she exclaimed “I love you monsters and I hope you all get laid!”

Overall, the “TITS OUT WORLD TOUR” provided a vibrant and memorable experience. The energy that Kesha brings was undeniable and made the night feel like a celebratory event. A great blend of hits and new tracks, each song featured a unique performance art form. This made the show more spectacular, totally immersing the crowd in the moment. It amplified every sense and solidified the pop singer’s place as a compelling and liberating force in pop music.
