Singer-Songwriter Url releases his highly anticipated debut EP “Ruiners Club,” an EP with captivating rhythms that are sure to keep you dancing.

Url (pronounced “earl”) is an indie-pop artist that will have you dancing in your bedroom for hours. His newly released debut EP Ruiners Club was released this past week, and these are a collection of songs that  you’ll have on repeat. Url is based in Orlando, Florida and is currently signed to music label Havêa Records. His bedroom pop, 80s synth vibes has earned him a spot on Spotify’s curated playlists “Bedroom Floor” and “Fresh Finds.”

The heartache and lovesick emotion heard in the lyrics are a direct contradiction to Url’s upbeat dance bops. The beginning of the EP starts off with an audio clip of a woman saying “Sometimes they make you think that they love you and then they go and love somebody else.” This statement serves as the lyrical tone of the entire EP, which helps lure listeners into this enchanting experience Url sets up. “Ruiners Club” is filled with psychedelic rhythms, melodious bass lines, and funky guitars. It’s easy to catch a vibe from Url’s new EP — whether you’re alone in your bedroom, hosting a dance party, or cruising around at night. It is abundantly clear that Url understood the assignment  with “Ruiners Club.”
