TALK brings his debut album to Dallas

Indie rock musician, TALK, comes to Dallas to play his first studio album for his fans.

On February 28th, indie rock singer-songwriter, TALK, played a vibrant show in Dallas at The Studio at the Factory. With the release of his recent debut album, The Lord of the Flies & Birds & Bees, which was released on October 20th, TALK decided to head out on tour to celebrate with his fans across North America. TALK, also known as Nicholas Durocher, got his start with music in 2020 when he wrote his hit song “Run Away to Mars and has gained growth on his music ever since. While on tour, he loves to talk with the crowd and even play a few games and have some fun. He had the crowd quiz him on major cities in America and even did his famous Croc toss where he hit the back of the venue by launching both of his Crocs off his feet.

Joining TALK on his tour is Zinadelphia, a 23-year-old singer-songwriter from Philadelphia. With her soothing and loveable voice, fans were able to fall in love with her music if they hadn’t done so already. Even though she only has six songs out at the moment, she hopes to put out more in the near future. Fans were very excited to see TALK perform his debut album and two fans even got to celebrate their birthday by listening to one of their favorite artists perform and even got wished a happy birthday from TALK. With TALK nearing the end of his America tour, his Canada tour is right around the corner as he’ll bring along lots of friends to open up the show with, including Sara Dufour, Paesler, Sofia Duhaime, Amos the Transparent and Diamond Cafe. TALK has said how much fun this tour has been for him and that he is very excited to see what else is in store for him in the future for his music.

I am from Dallas, Texas. I am currently attending The University of North Texas as a studio photography major and my hobbies include plants/gardening and hanging out with my friends. I currently work as a photographer at a studio just outside of Dallas and I am expected to graduate in December.
