Idobi Radio presents their third annual Summer School Tour with bands like Honey Revenge, Winona Fighter, South Arcade, Games We Play, and Chase Petra.
Can you believe all of these bands were out late on a school night? On Wednesday, June 24, fans lined up outside the House of Blues in Houston, Texas, to see some of their favorite bands rock out.
Haunter
At each stop on the tour, Idobi Radio selected a local band to open the show and get the crowd fired up. In Houston, Haunter took the stage ready to get the audience moving. They brought powerful vocals and an infectious sense of fun. Toward the end of their set, one of the guitarists even jumped into the crowd to finish the performance, leaving fans pumped and ready for the rest of the night. They were a fantastic way to kick off the night and are definitely a band worth listening to.
Chase Petra
Next up, and first on the official lineup, Chase Petra took the stage. Performing songs from their 2026 EP A Terrible Ennui, they captivated die-hard fans who enthusiastically sang along to every word.
Games We Play
Following them, Games We Play hit the stage with smiles, jokes and nonstop charisma. Frontman Emmyn Calleiro kept the audience entertained not only with the songs they came to hear but also with fun interactions between tracks. He shared stories from his life, talked about the release of the band’s new album I Wish I Never Quit, and even borrowed a pair of sunglasses from a fan to complete the vibe for a song.
Winona Fighter
After a short break and a few technical difficulties, Winona Fighter stormed onto the stage ready to rage. From the first song to the last, the band delivered relentless energy. Frontwoman Chloe Kinnon, also known as the “Jump Queen”, rarely stayed in one spot for more than a minute, constantly moving across the stage and feeding off the crowd’s excitement.
South Arcade
Following Winona Fighter would be a daunting task for any band, but South Arcade rose to the occasion. The English rock band burst onto the stage, opening with “This Is How You Get Away With Murder.” The band was jumping, the crowd was moving, and it honestly felt like the entire venue was shaking. I wouldn’t be surprised if people walking outside could feel it too.
Honey Revenge
Last but certainly not least, Honey Revenge closed out the night with a set packed full of fan favorites, new songs from their upcoming album Loving and Losing, and even a crowd-surfing competition that had the entire room moving. The 2026 Summer School tour is on fire with a fantastic lineup and fans that are ready to party.
