With just a few dates left in their 2022 tour, Yves Tumor takes over Metro Chicago alongside special guests Izzy Spears and Doss.
The first opening act of the night was Izzy Spears, who performed a few unreleased tracks during his set. The lighting and music was immaculate – an insanely great way to start the night. Not too long after, Doss arrived on stage and brought a euphoric set full of music to dance to. Some songs on the setlist included “Puppy,” “Strawberry” and “Cherry,” all of which made the crowd go wild. It was overall a beautiful set to build up the suspense right before Yves Tumor came out.
Sean Bowie, best known as Yves Tumor, is an American musician from Florida who brought their experimental/rock fusion tunes to Chicago. They performed “Kerosene!” from their album Heaven to a Tortured Mind, which was a fan-favorite of many in the crowd that lead up to an unforgettable night. The night consisted of mosh pits, spilled drinks, crowd-surfing from the guitarist (Chris Greatti) and killer visuals. The show’s experience/ambience was unbelievable, and it definitely lived up to its “sold-out” status.
I'm based by the Chicagoland area in Illinois. I would describe myself as a multidisciplinary artist who specializes in photo, design and some illustration. I am a recent graduate in Graphic Design and love being involved in the entertainment industry. I love thrifting, visiting galleries/museums, listening to podcasts and going to countless concerts when I can. My very first concert was the Jonas Brothers when I was very little!
