Pop-punk, rock, and metal fans are gearing up for Fort Worth’s two-day rock festival, So What?!. With the festival known for showcasing a wide variety of music for every type of music fan, here is your guide on what to expect in June at the Panther Island Pavilion in Fort Worth, Texas. This year’s headliners are Flordia metal band, Underoath, and Tennesse rock band, Skillet. Along with Saturday’s performance of Underoath is the long-awaited return of rock band, Boys Like Girls. After their 11-year hiatus, fans are excited to see them back in action and on stage once again. Also joining the lineup for Saturday are Mayday Parade, Silverstein, The Devil Wears Prada, 3OH!3, Veil of Maya, Daisy Grenade, Sleep Theory, and so much more. Sunday’s performances are not something you want to miss this year either with Asking Alexandra, Switchfoot, Bad Wolves, Currents, Notions, and Lockjaw being a few of the many amazing artists and bands performing on June 2nd.
So What?! Fest got its start in 2008 and was originally called South by So What?! in Dallas, Texas as a one-day music event and they have always been known to offer a wide variety of music genres within their festival. In the past, So What?! has had a handful of big-name music artists such as Bring Me The Horizon, Sleeping With Sirens, Travis Scott, and Twenty One Pilots. With the growth of their festival over the years they have gained up to three whole days of the festival and have offered ever more stages to pack in all the bands and artists they could bring together. This is a festival that almost all music fans are not going to want to miss.
