I have a B.S in Radio-Television-Film from UT Austin and a M.A in Mass Communications from the University of Houston, which makes me smart! On top of being an avid concert-goer and movie fanatic, I love bonding with others over the power of local music and media.
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and I don't plan on leaving any time soon! I didn't go to college, but I did gather and refine skills to secure work in the local entertainment space. On top of Off Record, I am the assistant operations manager at Phobia Haunted Houses during the fall/winter months of the year, and the rest of the time I'm slinging pizza to pay the bills. My goal for the future is to continue assisting the growth of the Houston creative scene any way I can, drop my day job, and be a stay-at-home cat dad for my lovely partner.
