The album that every pop girl (and their boyfriends) has been looking forward to this summer is finally here – Short n’ Sweet by Sabrina Carpenter is out now.
It’s finally here! Living in the hay-day of her music career, pop music star, Sabrina Carpenter, has released her brand new album Short n’ Sweet on August 23rd and the internet is loving every second of it. In the matter of a few days, Sabrina’s new songs have been trending all summer through social media, playing on the radio, and topping the charts. Sabrina Carpenter managed to surpass herself for a second time within this album by dethroning her single”Please Please Please” with her new song “Taste.”
With the rapid success of her first single of this new album, “Espresso”, new fans began to roll in and we’re excited to see what else she would put out. A couple months later, Sabrina then put out her single “Please Please Please” and had announced that she was coming out with a new album in August as well as going on tour.
Along with the release of her album, she also released a music video for her song “Taste” featuring “Wednesday” and “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” actress, Jenna Ortega. The music video references scenes from the 1992 film “Death Becomes Her” as both Sabrina and Jenna’s characters battle it out for their ex-boyfriend. The music video for “Taste” can be found on Youtube and her new album, “Short n, Sweet”, can be found on every major music platform.
As for the “Short n’ Sweet Tour”, Sabrina Carpenter is set to begin her North American leg on September 23rd in Columbus, Ohio. Some artists that are joining her for this spectacular tour are AMAARAE, Declan McKenna, and GRIFF. She will also be heading out to Europe and the UK starting in Dublin, Ireland on March 3rd of next year with opener Rachel Chinouriri. Tickets have already sold out very fast for the North American leg of the tour, but it’s not too late for those in Europe and the UK to grab their tickets.
