Senses Fail stopped by Austin, TX on the final leg of their The Hell Is In Your Head Tour.
Fresh off the plane from Europe, Senses Fail headlined at Mowhawk in Austin, TX touring off their new album release, Hell Is In Your Head. The New Jersey-based rock band, played a variety of tracks from their discography including “The Priest and The Matador,” “Wolves at The Door” and my personal favorite, “One Eight Seven.” The set wouldn’t be complete without an encore featuring “Bite To Break Skin.” during which lead singer, Buddy Neilsen swung from the rafters above the crowd.
Hailing from Queens, NY, Oxymorrons picked up the tempo with their blend of alt rock and hip hop. From screaming to rap and punk rock in-between, the four piece founded by of brothers encouraged fans to dance and interacted withthe crowd while playing songs like “Definition,” “Justice,” and “Django.”
Setting the stage for an electric night was was post-hardcore band, Can’t Swim. The New Jersey-based band rocked Mohawk with “My Queen,” “Stranger” and a new song, “i heard they found you face down inside your living room.”
I am an Austin-based photographer and social media manager. My love for photography started in high school which lead me to study communications at Texas Tech University and The University of the Incarnate Word.
