Synth-Pop Duo Magdalena Bay plays sold-out show at Austin’s Scoot Inn.
Magdalena Bay released their second studio album Imaginal Disk on August 23rd to great critical and fan acclaim. Now, they’re on tour across the U.S. and Europe playing their signature synth style for many sold-out shows. Their dreamy music, nostalgic for a digital age, is a fresh take on the indie pop genre.
I am an Austin, TX based filmmaker and photographer. I moved from Houston to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where I graduated in 2022. I'm a lifelong music lover and spend most of my weekends attending shows. Some recent favorites are K. Flay, Devon Again, and Farmer's Wife. Other than that, I enjoy reading, writing, playing volleyball, yoga, and gaming.
