Peach Tree Rascals wrap up their tour in Los Angeles, California.
Bay area based, Peach Tree Rascals, stop by the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles to perform at the last show of their For You tour. Back in February, the band announced that after not releasing any new music for almost a year, they would be not only releasing new singles, but embarking on their first ever North American tour. Peach Tree Rascals consists of members Isaac Pech, Tarrek Abdel-Khaliq and Joseph Barros as their vocalists and rappers. Dominic Pizano produces and mixes for them while Jorge Olazaba creative directs for the group, whom audiences will see alongside the members, making content.
The group’s music blends multiple genres, and creates vibes perfect for summer. Audiences were excited to hear some of their favorite hits including “Oh Honey! (I Love You)” and “Change My Mind.” Their energy and flawless vocals made for a sweet summer treat for their fans, who were ecstatic to see the boys back to making music and performing. They performed singles from their past EPs and as well as some fresher songs, including their newest single “Come Around,” which had been out for three days. Another incredible thing about this group of rascals is the diversity amongst the members, with most of them being second generation Americans and children of immigrants. Their cultural pride was on full display as Tarrek donned a keffiyeh, showcasing his Palestinian heritage.
At the end of their set they performed the song that started it all, “Mariposa,” which gave them fame back in 2019 after trending on Tiktok. After leaving the stage audiences cheered for them to provide them an encore, which the boys happily came back to do. After the show, the members made their way to the ground floor to take talk to and take pictures with their adoring fans.
