Texas native rapper, Teezo Touchdown, takes a pit stop on his North American Tour with a sold out show at the House of Blues in Dallas, Texas.
Although the streets of Dallas, Texas were starting to slowly flood, with the seemingly infinite line, it was obvious that Teezo Touchdown fans were prepared to see him rain or shine. The windows of the box office were taped with a sign saying “Teezo Touchdown : Sold Out,” making another one of Teezo’s shows to be a proven success.
Before the show even started, fans stayed entertained by jamming out to music with DJ Annabelle Kline, as well as answering all types of trivia questions about Teezo Touchdown, and the crowd proved to be not only exciting but also quite knowledgeable about all things Teezo.
Before Teezo came on stage, viral rapper Monaleo kicked the night off for the anticipated crowd. With her most popular songs “We Not Humping,” featuring Flo Milli, and “Beating Down Yo Block,” the crowd went wild rapping these high energy beats. The crowd was full of jumping, moshing, and singing and was the perfect start to a show full of good feels.
Soon after Monaleo left the stage, a white garage background, a reoccurring scene in his early music videos in 2020, lit up on the screen on stage. The crowd chanted “Teezo” and the legendary rapper ran on stage with his bouquet of flowers enveloping his microphone. “Tonight, I’m going to walk you through my journey,” Teezo told the crowd as they screamed with excitement.

Between the jumping, singing and smiling, it was evident that the sold-out venue was alive with excitement. Teezo ended the night drenched with sweat and a big smile. Teezo Touchdown has plenty of packed venues to play next, with several dates left on his Spend The Night tour, Teezo Touchdown is not done sharing his journey.

I am currently attending the University of North Texas with a photojournalism major. I love going to concerts of all genres, whether I am stage diving or headbanging, I never miss an opportunity to appreciate live music. In my free time, I enjoy thrifting for CD's and records, spending time with my cats, going to art exhibits, and traveling (especially to NYC). My biggest inspiration is Danny Clinch, and one day I aspire to open up my own gallery to showcase my work!
