Last Friday night, Iván Cornejo performed at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. His latest and third studio album, “Mirada,” blends various styles of Regional Mexican music while maintaining his roots of modern corridos and melancholic sierreño. Much like the music video for "Mirada," Cornejo took the stage against a faded orange backdrop, evoking the warmth and beauty of a sunrise or sunset.
