Kiss Of Life Brings Their First World Tour to Houston’s 713 Music Hall

Kiss Of Life made their much-anticipated Houston debut at the iconic 713 Music Hall in support of their latest mini-album titled ‘Lose Yourself.’ This marked the group’s first-ever performance in the city, and fans, affectionately known as “Kissy,” were treated to a night filled with stunning harmonies, playful banter, and an unforgettable connection between the group and their audience.

For those unfamiliar, Kiss Of Life is a K-Pop group formed by S2 Entertainment in 2023. The group consists of four talented members: Julie, Natty, Belle, and Haneul. The group has quickly risen to global fame, capturing hearts with their unique blend of charisma and artistry.

From the moment the lights dimmed and the opening notes of “Get Loud” reverberated through the venue, the energy was palpable. Kiss of Life’s melodic and harmonious vocals were complemented by their dynamic stage presence. Between songs, the group made a heartfelt effort to interact with fans, thanking them for their unwavering support. “Vibe with us! Dance with us!” they called out, inviting everyone to join the party.

The group drew a poignant comparison, likening the crowd’s cheers to fuel that kept them going. “Cars need gas, and we need your energy!” they exclaimed, to which the crowd enthusiastically responded with roars and applause. The audience even kept up a playful “barking” chant throughout the night, energizing the group further.

Kiss of Life also performed “Sticky,” the song that earned them their first music show win. As they cheekily noted the “stickiness” of Houston’s heat, they infused the track with playful tweaks that made the performance unique to the city. One of the concert’s highlights was a special moment with a fan named Carolina. The group invited her onstage to be part of the song “My 808,” making it a personal and memorable moment for everyone in attendance.

Midway through the show, the group transitioned into softer ballads, sitting onstage while fans waved their lightsticks and phone flashlights. This created a serene atmosphere during songs like “Nobody Knows” and “Gentleman,” showcasing the group’s ability to captivate audiences with tender and heartfelt performances.

A standout costume change had the group emerging in striking red outfits, with one of the members being heard singing “APT.,” a recent popular song by Rosé of Blackpink featuring Bruno Mars, before launching into a series of high-energy songs. As the night drew to a close, they ended their main set with “Shhh,” declaring, “I love you, Houston! Kiss of Life is nothing without our Kissys.”

The encore was equally unforgettable. Returning in comfy clothes, they performed “Bye My Neverland.” In a playful twist, some members donned cowboy hats gifted by fans, further endearing themselves to the Houston crowd. As they launched into their second-to-last encore song, money rained down over the crowd—a fun, lighthearted gesture that left fans buzzing with excitement.

The group closed with “Back To Me,” leaving the stage after one last heartfelt thank-you. Their Houston debut was a masterclass in fan connection, music, and showmanship—a night the Kissys of Houston will never forget.
