Kaina celebrates album release “It Was Home” at Metro Chicago

Kaina performs a headlining show at Metro Chicago

With her album releasing the day before her Chicago show, Kaina performs a one-night only show showcasing her new music with magical visuals.

To kick off the show, (another) Chicago-native and artist Semiratruth served as the first opener who took the stage. The next artist set to perform was Silas Short, who came out with his band and absolutely killed it! With a wide range of different instruments, he put on an electrifying show for everyone to dance to.

After witnessing two amazing opening acts, headliner Kaina was ready to put on a great show. It’s been about two years since Kaina last headlined a show, and now she’s back after her new album release It Was Home. She performed in her hometown of Chicago, backed with amazing visuals and a loving crowd to support her as an artist. Her show brought a lot of fans together to listen and celebrate her new album – an incredible and magical experience.

I'm based by the Chicagoland area in Illinois. I would describe myself as a multidisciplinary artist who specializes in photo, design and some illustration. I am a recent graduate in Graphic Design and love being involved in the entertainment industry. I love thrifting, visiting galleries/museums, listening to podcasts and going to countless concerts when I can. My very first concert was the Jonas Brothers when I was very little!
