Rising star Aidan Bissett brought his SUPERNOVA: How’s it Gonna End? Tour to a sold-out Houston show at the Bronze Peacock with supporting act Stevie Bill.
Throughout the night you could hear and see fans of all types bouncing to their favorite songs. The opener of the night is Dutch artist Stevie Bill. Her energy was infatuating and lit up the room. She performed songs like Amsterdam and Poison with her guitarist Jacob Geoffrey who killed it while also letting her shine. One of the highlights of her set was when she covered
“Last Friday Night” by Katy Perry, the crowd went wild for her spin on the pop hit. She made sure to connect with the crowd by telling us that it was her first time in Houston and that Beyonce was one of her biggest inspirations. “Just promise me that you won’t call them,” she said as she finished her set by dedicating a song and a rose to a person in the crowd who was going through a heartbreak.
After a great opener, it was time for the star of the night to hit the stage. A roar of girls erupted as the lights dimmed and Aidan Bissett stepped out. He exuded confidence and heartthrob energy throughout the whole night. Bissett along with a drummer and a killer guitarist had the crowd dancing until their feet hurt. “You ready for some fun tonight ?” said Bissett as he performed songs like Ultraviolet, Twenty Something, and More Than Friends.
“I see we have a birthday today, thank you for showing up,” he said as multiple fans had posters saying it was their birthday. Bissett continued to show off his live vocals and guitar playing as he finished off his set with songs from his project Supernova and his smash hit “More Than Freinds”. He is continuing his tour across the States, so catch him if you can!
