Opener Anita Velveeta and headliner Early Eyes play a highly anticipated show at the House of Blues in Dallas.
During one of their first visits to Texas, indie band Early Eyes stopped by the House of Blues in Dallas for their “Look Alive!” tour. For this date, they were joined by experimental artist Anita Velveeta. As the first act of the night, Anita Velveeta dominated the stage. She performed a handful of original songs, and simultaneously sang, danced, and played the keyboard. The energy between Anita Velveeta and the crowd was undeniable. Next up, Minnesota-based Early Eyes played for the crowd of excited fans. Early Eyes performed several songs from their latest album Look Alive!, including favorites “Big Sigh” and “Chemicals”. The band also incorporated their hits “Marigolds” and “Coffee” into the setlist. It was clear from the start of the show that both Anita Velveeta and Early Eyes have love and admiration for each other’s work, which makes these acts the perfect combination for touring.
