Openers Día Monté, Nayda Montana, and Kathy O’Connor join headliner Chappell Roan for a sold out show at the House of Blues in Dallas.
For her “Naked In North America” tour, Chappell Roan made a stop at the House of Blues in Dallas. On each tour date, Chappell Roan is giving a handful of local drag queens the opportunity to open up the show. For the Dallas date, queens Día Monté, Nayda Montana, and Kathy O’Connor hit the stage. Each queen sang and danced along to pop melodies, which included iconic female artists such as Katy Perry, Olivia Rodrigo, and Charli XCX. Once their performances were finished, the queens got the packed audience hyped for Chappell Roan’s set. The stage highlighted a metallic backdrop and spinning disco balls, and Chappell Roan and her band wore glittering outfits. Chappell Roan’s setlist incorporated fan favorites such as “Pink Pony Club”, “Naked in Manhattan”, “Casual”, and more. Chappell Roan gave her heart and soul into every song, and the energy in the room was undeniable.
