Bayside stopped by Austin, TX on the third date of their Just Like Home tour.
Touring in advance of their new record, The Blue EP, Bayside started off their journey around North America for the Just Like Home tour in Texas at Empire Garage in Austin, TX. The quartet hailing from Queens, NY played new tracks like “How To Ruin Everything (Patience)” and “Go To Hell.” Bayside took fans through their discography with songs like “Devotion and Desire,” “ The Walking Wounded,” “Sick, Sick Sick,” and (my favorite deep-cut) “Don’t Call Me Peanut”
I Am The Avalanche brought the energy to Empire Garage with their angsty vocals and up-beat punk sound. The Brooklyn-based band got the crowd dancing with tracks like “Green Eyes,” “Better Days” and “Brooklyn Dodgers.”
New York punk band, Koyo is also supporting Bayside on their North American tour.
I am an Austin-based photographer and social media manager. My love for photography started in high school which lead me to study communications at Texas Tech University and The University of the Incarnate Word. Aside from my love for photography and live music, I enjoy spinning vinyl, kayaking, biking, and chilling with my cat, Petrie.
