Marc Rebillet Makes the Vibes Alright at The Factory

Opener DJ Red Eye accompanies headliner Marc Rebillet at The Factory in Dallas.

Last weekend, electronic artist Marc Rebillet continued his We Outside tour at The Factory in Dallas, Texas. Marc performed from Friday, October 25 through Sunday, October 27, and all three shows were sold out. For these shows, he was joined by DJ Red Eye.

Walking into the venue, DJ Red Eye welcomed attendees through his multi-genre set. DJ Red Eye is the resident DJ at It’ll Do club, and incorporates different genres such as house, disco, and indie into his work. Throughout his set he mixed old and new club classics, such as  “My Neck, My Back (Lick It)” by Khia and “Guess” by Charli XCX.

Hundreds of fans gathered in line for merchandise, grabbed drinks or danced along to the music. Several attendees wore fun outfits, including variations of Marc’s iconic bath robe.

Later in the night, Marc Rebillet hit the stage. Marc is an improv musician and content creator from Dallas, and currently resides in New York City. He has almost 500 thousand monthly listeners on Spotify, and his track “Reach Out” has accumulated more than 10 million streams. Over the past few years he has released a series of singles, including his latest song “Vibes Alright.” Marc’s set design was impressive, and included large inflatables and confetti cannons. His stage presence was undeniable, and throughout the show he interacted with fans and jumped into the crowd.

Overall, Marc’s improv tracks were groovy and memorable. Marc created one song about his New Year’s resolution, one song incorporating the Airdrop sound effect after fans started Airdropping media to his laptop, and much more. From the start to end, DJ Red Eye and Marc Rebillet encouraged a fun and lighthearted atmosphere for an irreproducible show that you have to see for yourself.
